Helping you find a way forward in your creative business
I’m Carley O’Neil, a Fremantle-based artist and creative business owner. I help emerging artists and creative business owners recognise their potential and turn their ideas into action.
There’s always a million things you could be doing (and the internet will happily tell you about all of them). But you don’t have to do everything to be successful. You’re the boss. We’ll focus on what actually matters to you, work with your strengths and capacity and build a business that works for you — not someone else’s idea of what success should look like.
Combining strategic thinking, creative intuition, empathy and practical experience, I offer personalised support to help you figure out what matters, work through what’s holding you back and find a way forward that feels right for you.
MY NATURAL TALENT...
You don’t need to become someone else to succeed. My job is to help you understand yourself and lean into what makes you you. Remember, only you can offer what you offer. I can often see a path forward for someone before they see it themselves. So, let’s lean into your natural rhythms, strengths and quirks and build something that works (I’m a poet!).
YOUR IDEAS. YOUR WAY. LET’S GET THINGS MOVING
Got a head full of ideas but not quite sure what to do with them? Stuck in a creative rut? Making art but struggling to find your feet? Or simply just needing an accountability buddy?

MY OFFERINGS
1. TAILORED 1:1 CREATIVE COACHING
60 minute sessions
For when your brain has 47 tabs open.
Got ideas everywhere? Unsure which direction to take? Need someone to help you unmess things?
Together, we will take a birds-eye look at your creative business and how you operate – as an individual and a creative – so that we can work out what your offerings are, what’s important to you and what your next steps are as an artist and/or creative business owner.
We’ll talk through your ideas, identify what’s holding you back and map out practical next steps to get through your to-do list (because overthinking only gets you so far).
You’ll leave with: Clarity, fresh perspective and a plan of attack.
2. THE NITTY GRITTY
90 minute sessions – 3 recommended
When you’re ready to take things to the next level.
For artists who are ready to take the next steps, we will start work on a high-level business plan and discuss the strategic direction of your business so that you have clarity around who you are, what you offer and what is important. We’ll look at your imposter and map out practical steps to get you over those mental hurdles.
We’ll explore possibilities, challenge assumptions and work out where your ideas could take you.
You’ll leave with: Constructive feedback, new possibilities and ideas worth exploring and the clarity to take things to the next step.
3. CONTENT CREATION
A curated selection of footage that showcases your creative business

MY BACKGROUND
A bit corporate. A bit creative.
I’ve worked across corporate environments, communications, project management, events, sales, senior administration and business development. I have a particular interest in business start up and helping others achieve their potential. I’ve also spent the last two years building my own creative business from scratch.
Along the way, I’ve developed a knack for understanding myself and others, connecting ideas and figuring out practical ways to make things happen – while keeping things interesting enough for myself to remain engaged and committed throughout the process.
I combine strategic thinking, creative intuition, empathy and practical experience to help you see possibilities, trust yourself and turn your ideas into action. I understand both the big-picture vision and the messy reality of making things happen, adapting my approach to each person’s unique situation, priorities and, most importantly, capacity! My whole ethos is to encourage people to fully be themselves and tap into their creative potential.
Lets connect and see if we’re a good match!
